What is it? Tencel is an ecologically sustainable organic material, made from wood chips primarily from beech and eucalyptus trees. The trees are FSC certified and the wood chips originate from the natural thinning of forests and as byproducts of other timber production.

Tencel’s uniqueness. The fibers’ composition from beech and eucalyptus make the Tencel material comfortable against the skin. The fiber’s smooth structure makes the yarn softer than silk and smoother for the skin than wool and cotton and is also super absorbent.
